Assembly & Test All
our designs are assembled and tested by the design engineer, to ensure the integrity
of the final delivered example products. Any necessary changes are
implemented on the example assemblies and the documentation updated. Some
business environments require new products to undergo independent evaluations
at external test facilities for safety, performance or behavioural integrity.
Where these evaluations are necessary, we take care of the submissions and
guarantee testing success. Next: Documentation, Warranty

This
prototype assembly (please excuse the modificatioons!) is a controller for an
industrial dishwasher. It measures the dishwasher water temperatures and
conductivity, and maintains the correct level of cleaning chemicals. The
process parameters are displayed on the vacuum fluorescent screen and all
operating parameters are logged to non-volatile memory for later downloading
and performance analysis. The
board contains: ·
a microprocessor
with internal flash ROM and A/D converters, ·
EEPROM, ·
three temperature
sensors and a conductivity measurement circuit, ·
four closed-loop
motor drivers, ·
a two-line
40-character display and a sounder, ·
power supplies for
the motors and the controller, ·
serial
communications. Auxiliary boards contain motor control
circuits and fluid level sensors. |
